Kieran’s Irish Pub first opened its doors to the folks of the Twin Cities on March 16, 1994—showcasing the best of an Irish pub and that warm Irish ambiance. From decor to food to music, Kieran’s is reflective of the many pubs in Ireland, while also managing to bring in a flavor from its Minneapolis surroundings.
In November of 2009, Kieran Folliard decided to relocate the original pub to Block E in Minneapolis’ famous Warehouse District. The new Kieran’s opened its doors to the public on March 16, 2010, 16 years after the first pint was poured at the original location, and continues to be a favorite destination of the downtown crowd.
